§ 03 — Domain Expertise / Vol. 11

Seven verticals.
One editorial standard.

Domain depth is the hardest thing to fake in language work — and the easiest place for AI training data to fail. Our reviewers are recruited and retained by vertical, not pooled across them.

§ 01 — How we read this

Vertical depth isn't a tag on a CV. It's the workforce.

Most language vendors describe domain expertise as a checkbox on a generic linguist pool. We describe it as a roster: licensed physicians, practicing attorneys, automotive engineers, CFA charter-holders, and senior media adaptation leads — recruited directly into the verticals they came from, across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Each entry below is a working dossier. Numbers describe sustained, multi-year work — not pilots. Our reviewer pool is global; we operate at greatest depth across East and Southeast Asian markets, with specialty extensions in EU and US locales scoped on request.

§ 02 — Workforce composition

Who actually does the work.

A snapshot of the specialist tiers inside our annotator and linguist pool. These are people we recruit, contract, and audit ourselves — not third-party labour rented from a marketplace.

A radiologist reading an MRI segmentation guideline catches things a general linguist won't see for ten batches. We staff that radiologist on day one.

Domain Operations Lead — Marano, internal note

Need vertical depth on an AI program?

We staff annotators by domain, not by lottery. Tell us what the model needs to learn — we'll match it with reviewers who lived in that field before they ever touched a labelling tool.
